Maybe I'm behind the times, but today I discovered Violent Acres.
Not since the Misanthropic Bitch have I found such a...misanthropic bitch. Anyway, she's a delightful read. I particularly liked this post, which talks about how the idea that the "the customer is always right" is actually a horrible idea. I happen to agree.
